Notifications are Duplicating in e-mails

Hi - I'm looking for a solution to stop notification from duplicating in e-mails (see screen grab).

has anyone else experienced this and can help me out?

Is it exactly the same notification yo get twice?

Could you check your workflow if your email address was used only once?

The hidden part of your message is it surname? is it in both cases the same value?

Hi Kowal - It' only in the heading of the e-mail as per the picture that is duplicated.

The automation is the only automation on the sheet.

in the assign to column is your mail only once used? or is there possibility that it sends to multiple participants?

is it possible that two rows can send the same notification?

Single user in assigned to column :-)

Notification is based in single cell on single row changing

this is not typical behaviour of smartsheet to duplicate such information in one email.

i think the solution here shall be Smartsheet Support as I cannot even test it or replicate the issue.
