Can i transfer ownership of a report?

I have several reports I have created for individuals to make updates to a much larger sheet. I would like to transfer ownership of the reports while still allowing them edit access to the sheet. I do not however want them to have ADMIN access to the workspace is that possible?

If you are the owner of the report, you should be able to give them ownership of it by opening the report and going through the share menu there.
