Field for Update Request Workflow not editable

Looking for some assistance. I have a sheet that I am requesting input from end-users via a workflow. The web browser form is populating all the requested fields, but the End Date is not editable (it's not locked).
This isn't an issue for any of the other fields I am requesting for input via this workflow - This includes the Start Date field, which is also not locked.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Chad

I misunderstood when you said "Date/Time". There are actual date/time type columns that operate the way I mentioned. You are using just a regular date type column. The reason this is not updateable in the update request is because of the dependency settings.

It does not have a formula. It is a Date/Time Column Type with normal date values entered

The only Date/Time columns available are "system" columns meaning they are automatically populated. They cannot accept manual entry even if accessing the cell directly in the sheet.

I'm not sure I follow - They are not automatically populated, see image attached. I can manually enter values into this cell.
I am using both the Start Date and End Date shown as part of Project Settings (Date Range Display for dependency settings). If this were an issue, I'd expect both the Start Date and End Date to not be editable through the web browser form, but the Start Date web form field works as expected.
