Admin can't edit conversations

I am admin on sheets that others are owner. I am unable to edit conversations. Was this an intentional change? if so, when did it happen?

are you sure you are admin on such sheet?

I just made some tests on a sheet that I am not the owner but only admin and could easily remove comments of others and edit mine. I do not think admins could ever edit comments of others.
