To send an attachment from a line in an automation workflow in Smartsheet, follow these steps:

1. Set Up Your Workflow:
   • Go to the sheet where you want to create the workflow.
   • Click on Automation in the menu and select Create a Workflow.
2. Define the Trigger:
   • Choose a trigger for your workflow. For example, you can set it to trigger when a row is added or when a specific cell is updated.
3. Add an Action:
   • Select Alert Someone or Request an Update as the action.
   • In the action settings, you can specify the recipient's email address.
4. Include Attachments:
   • To ensure the attachment is included, you need to set the trigger to be when an attachment is added or updated. This way, the alert or update request will include the attachment.
5. Advanced Options:
   • Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the action section and select Advanced Options.
   • Ensure that the option to include attachments is checked.
6. Save and Test:
   • Save your workflow and test it to make sure the attachment is sent correctly.
