Recipients are outside of the approved domain sharing list ???

Hi. Im a pro user. Ive had the same workflows for over 10 years. All of a sudden today, I received an error that all of my workflows are inactive because the recipients are outside of the approved domain sharing list (including a workflow email to myself) Smartsheet's website says to go to a Sharing Center in the admin (which I looked everywhere and is not there) It also says I can turn on safe domain sharing as an enterprise user. (im a pro user and I never turned it on or set it up in the 1st place)
