I work with an organization that has an attestation document that we’d like to convert into a SmartSheet form. Our goal is to both inform staff and collect specific information from them.
Is it possible to create a questionnaire or form that includes pre-populated fields along with questions?
Ideally, beyond just asking questions, we’d like to incorporate instructions so that the form is structured clearly. Additionally, we want responses to be directly linked back to their corresponding pre-populated information.
