I was trying to take yearly subscription and while doing so .They are keeping my card details for automatic subscription.I don't want automatic renewal.What is the way to pay them for one year only>

You will be informed like 3 months before the end of subscription if you want to prolong it the subscription or not. Of course you can opt out before the renewal. I am not 100% if it's 3 months or 1 month before - maybe you can check it with support but you have at least 9 months from now to decide if Smartsheet is something for you or not.

However please remember at least 3 months before the renewal to contact smartsheet and resign from renewing.
