I tried the standard duplicate the notification and delete the old one already (which fixed it for a few days) but it has not started sending multiple emails again. This is the message I received
"Hey, our head of recruitment just told me that the recruiters are getting like 8-9 emails every time a new hire submission comes through and this is their automation on the Onboarding Request Form so I don’t see anything that could cause that, do you? I have never seen anything like it because the automation is showing to only trigger "when rows are added" and we don't have anything additional setup on it."
Are there any other solutions?
