Saving a copy/snapshot of a report

Can I save a copy (or snapshot) of a report with the data fixed as it is on the last day of every month?

I've tried Send as Attachment… but I want to keep the copy/snapshot in Smartsheet with its grouping and summaries rather than preserving only the data in XLSX or PDF format.

Automated API scripts could solve your problem if you are on a plan w Business Licenses.

@gmerkley - sure thing; API's allow the Smartsheet system to interact with other software or custom software. Alot of times, the API can be developed by a developer so they can interact with the system in the way that the system is currently not capable of for whatever reason that may be.

I usually build some innovating processes and then wrap my technologies around that. Using Smartsheet as a developer has been great because it allows me to scale into the depths of my toolbox and implement systems to teams faster than normal software development. The no code solution allows non developers to manage and sustain systems if built properly. APIs can really help you get there if you have explored the other Smartsheet products and they don't fit your need or your team is just not ready to scale at that rate just yet. I hope this makes sense.
