I would like to be more organized at work. I'm trying new things to keep myself organized and tasks on track. Things like spending 15 mins every day before starting work to think about what I need to work on, creating lists of things I need to do, tracking all items on a list. I feel like my organization skills are getting better but can do better.

I want to improve my ability to recall common words. I can converse with all types and levels, cite a complex formula from memory, but sometimes in conversation I will fumble on a simple word such as 'platform.' I've been faithfully doing two brain train apps, but they seem focused on expanding my vocabulary. Hopefully I figure out soon how to refine instant recall for the simpler words in conversation!

@Monique Odom-Stearn thats a wonderful thing. I am always very hard on myself as well.

For me, it would be to keep my self accountable for my health/fitness. I will go through phases where i'm on top of it and getting in shape again then i miss a day for one reason and than another than another and i have a hard time getting back on that horse again.

For me, I would like to get a better grasp on Control Center. I have access, but I haven't had the time to move forward with training yet. I hope to get started in the next month.
