Good Morning,

I need to deploy a snag management tool (integrated into Smartsheets) for my company. is there a reliable Snag Managment Tool/ API that you can suggest?

by snag managment tool you mean a some kind of ticketing system to capture construction issues ?

I would consider having a typical Ticketing System in smartsheet that could be tailored for your needs like uploading photos, etc.

Yes, we need a snag management tool to capture construction issues/areas that need to be corrected. I created a Form, but when extracting the reports, the pictures captured are not viewable (I can only see them as an attachment), pictures need to be visible on the report as a visual check.

I don't think Smartsheets has this capability, so I was looking for an add-in / API

You are right if you add a photo through form it will be attachment and not visible.

If you want photos to be visible in the report those would have to be added to cells directly.
