I am able to see the folders, but not the sheets within those folderrs
Hello Team,
I previously created a few sheets using my corporate email. However, since my corporate account no longer has access to Smartsheet and I have already used my trial, I am unable to view the sheets stored within those folders.
Could you please advise on the best approach to regain access to these sheets? Additionally, if I upgrade to the PRO version, will I be able to retrieve and view them again?
Looking forward to your guidance.

did you share those sheets with our new account?
it's not possible that you would creat new sheets and stop seeing those.
also sometimes the assets are not visible if you do not refresh your browser - could this be the case?

New Account? I don't remember sending it to any other accounts apart from the one I am using currently.
Tried in Incognito Mode as well, but still the same issue. -
This is how it looks like in Smartsheet account for myself. Only folders and no smartsheets.
