All Cells Changed on sheet

Why does this automation change every cell in the Closing Date column to "Closed (A)". I want it to only change the cell on the line that has the date that has been reached.

I fixed all the cells back correctly, but when it reached 2/28/25. Every job was changed to Closed.

You may need to add a condition (say) where closing date is in the past. This will ignore all future closing dates.
