downloaded RACI template locally (IC-Simple-RACI-Matrix-11490) but clicking on the "Click Here to create in Smartsheets" does not work it only makes a generic welcome page

When I click on "Click Here to Create in Smartsheet" it takes me to a launch page for Get started with your work account | Smartsheet. if I click on Log in to smartsheet. when I do a welcome dashboard (17) Smartsheet Trial Homepage - Smartsheet.comis created but I don't see the RACI.

The template you downloaded is an Excel template, not a Smartsheet template. The "Click Here to Create in Smartsheet" option is designed as a quick way to try Smartsheet, which is why you're being redirected to the welcome dashboard instead of the RACI template.

Smartsheet offers free templates that are compatible with other software like Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint, but these are not necessarily available as templates within the Smartsheet platform itself.
