Suggested template Needed

Hi! I am creating an extensive list of Google Drive files to share with people globally across my organization. The sheet will have the file's description and a link to the file (which is a forced copy) so they can download the templates to use. Does anyone have a suggestion for the best template for content management so it's easy to follow and navigate for non-smart sheet users?
