All three options for automated emails - are poor options, is there a workaround somehow?
Send from Triggering user - We have a department full of people manually clicking a button which sends an email to clients, the client will not recognize their individual names.
Send from Organization - My department has its own name, and the clients recognize my department's name, not the company name.
Send from Smartsheet Automation - To a client this will look like spam.
Is there any workaround to get the Send from Triggering User to always send from the Sheet Owner?
