Form info is not populating on sheet when using iPad, but does populate when using computer.

I have a sheet for regulatory rounding. I have tested it using my laptop and it populates the data entered from my form. When in the field using the iPad, forms are filled out and submitted but the data does not populate on the sheet when submitted using the tablet. I have checked the internet connection. Does anyone know what could cause this or a fix.

are you filling the form on ipad using browsr or builtin app?

I do get the screen that saying thank you for your submission and I use the built-in app.

Thank you for responding to my question. It did eventually populate on the sheet. It took about 1 to 2 hours for it to populate. I was on my work network Wi-Fi and the form submissions did not populate until I got on my home Wi-Fi network. I did test to see if changing a submission on the sheet using the browser on the laptop would make a change on the sheet on the app and it did almost instantly make the change. I just took close to 2 hours for the submissions using the app to populate.
