2 users opening same pdf concurrently
Hello all - what will happen if 2 users open the same attached pdf at the same time? Will both be able to open the pdf? Will one get an error message of some time? I would like to use this feature to do live audits.

hi @AngelaCRS,
in smartsheet the PDFs whiach are attachment are previewed when opened. So when you click them they open on the prowser in preview mode does not allow editing - multiple people can open the PDF's at once and nothing will happen.
