Is there a way to view Notifications/Alerts that were sent out?

Friends: First, love the automated alerts/notifications and how I can set things to happen automagically. Is there a way to view notifications/alerts that were triggered and were sent out. I suppose I add myself as a reicipent to everything but that defeats the purpose. I'm looking for a way to trust but verify that folks were sent the notifications—seems like this feature request has been kicking around for awhile.

Activity Log allows you to see all the transaction history associated to a cell or row, including if that information was sent in an alert and who it was sent to.

It looks like @Naeem Ejaz may have used a form of AI when sending their response. Having tested this on my end, I can advise that the Activity Log will show when automations were created and modified and the user that took the actions, but it will not show when automations send out notifications/alerts and who they were sent to. 

I found a similar product idea here: Record of workflow alerts. Please add your vote to this idea if it matches your request. You’ll then receive updates when the status of the idea changes! 

In the meantime, you could use update requests so that when a user receives an alert, they have to take an action and submit it. You could then set up an alert to notify you when changes have been made in the sheet so that you know the update request has been completed. The activity log will also show that changes were made by that user and will show an icon </> which displays “Other Source - Update Request Form” when hovered over, as seen below:
