Copy a Row automation not working correctly

I have sheet 1 which has an automation to copy a row when a specific parameter has been selected. In this case, from a drop down menu, if the the user selects "Yes" from "Yes" or "No", then the row gets copied to another sheet. For some reason, regardless of the selection, it is copy all rows to the other sheet when I run the trigger. I am unsure how to correct this as the trigger is only supposed to run when someone selects "Yes". Any help on this?

Are you experiencing this issue only when manually running the workflow? If so, manually running a workflow bypasses all trigger criteria (such as selecting "Yes" or "No") but still follows the workflow conditions. This means that rows will be copied to the other sheet regardless of whether the cell option is "No." Hope this helps!
