Removing a column in a template connected to workflow
Template: Request Tracker with Form: Want to remove ‘Manager Email’ which was also linked to the form and ‘Manager Approval Status’. I don’t need a manager to approve requests.
Cannot delete, get the message pop up ‘This column is used in one or more workflows. Deleting this column will disable those workflows. Do you wish to continue?”. I’m newer to smartsheets and have had some difficulty in the past modifying templates in this way and then the form and/or dashboard don’t work properly.
Additionally, is there a way to share the form by itself like on a website and then persons can access/fill out the form on the website and then the data would go into the smartsheet?
Any help appreciated. Thank you!

If you don't need the approval, deleting the column should be fine. Just go through the automations and make sure everything you do want to keep is still working.
If you go into the form settings, you can make the form reload after each submission automatically. You would then click on the button in the top right (when editing the form) to share the form at which point you should then have access to a few different options including an embed code.
