Logs not showing all actions

Has anyone had a problem with the sheet logs not showing all changes. My logs show that a column was locked in Nov, but the user swear they have been updating that column since. I unlocked it today and that shows on the logs, but don't see where it had been unlocked from that Nov date. Anyone else run into this? Just wondering if the logs are reliable.

I would say the audit logs of smartsheet are pretty reliable and I have never had issue of not seeing actions that were done to sheets.

Maybe you can run some tests to be 100% sure.

I know that recurring backup is only one month back so it will be difficult to retrive data and compare for changes in November when we have already march but you can always open the ticket and request smartsheet to provide data from November maybe it will work.
