Include both blue and grey in Harvey Ball in a single drop down

Why is it either blue or grey? Why isn't there be an option for both blue and grey in the same menu?

In non-smart sheet reporting, we use blue to indicate not started and grey for complete. Currently in Smart sheet we use the blue option and additionally have to use a checkbox field to indicate complete. It would be much simpler to communicate to executive stakeholders if the option for both was available.

i think this is the basic logic of symbols column to only show one option. however you can always open the post in the New Product Ideas section for that however in my personal view for symbols it's always better to have only one option like for example with this one:

can you imagine that in one cell someitng is Quarter and Full at the same time?
