I've published and shared a link to co workers but say the next day the report is blank?

I made a report consisting of 4 other sheets. I published it and shared it to my co workers but each time they go back to the same sheet/link they say it has no contents. Is there something I need to do for them to have access to view it 24/7?

Make sure they're using the correct link. If you SHARE a report to other users, generally you must also share the underlying sheets for them to see the data (unless it's in a WorkApp) - and if their sharing permission to the underlying sheets is sufficient, they'll be able to edit the data. If you PUBLISH a report then they should have View access all the time.

Users can navigate through their Smartsheet experience when they log in to SHARED stuff - but you have to directly provide the publish link to others.
