Row Number no longer in Smarsheet Automatic emails when tagged in comment

In the standard email notification when you are tagged in a smartsheet comment (not automation), there used to be a Row ID to determine the topic of the project/record when you were tagged in a comment, this has now disappeared. Therefore when being tagged in multiple projects/records, you cannot determine which it is without clicking the link in the email body.

Please advise how this can be re-instated?

Having tested this on my end, it looks like the comment seen in your “After” screenshot is a comment that’s been added on the sheet rather than on a specific row - the only time I received a notification without the row number is when the comment was added on the sheet rather than a row. 

You can click the “Sheet” tab in the Conversations panel to see sheet notifications to check if this is the case, as seen below:

If you’ve confirmed that the comments have been added to specific rows and the notifications are still not showing the row number, please open a ticket with our Support team so they can investigate this issue.

Hey Georgie! Unfortunately upon checking, the 'sheet' comment area is blank (attached), it's definitely a row comment. I'll log a ticket as suggested. Thanks a million for replying.
