What am I doing wrong…

My report is a rollup from several schedules and only shows tasks identified as Milestones. I also want to filter for task that have a finish date in the next 30 days and % Complete is not 100. It does not seem to be working and is still showing items that are 100% complete. What am I doing wrong?

I also have a report to show milestones that are past due and it also still shows items that are % Complete is less than 100. I also used % Complete does not equal 100

Make % Complete less than 1. Smartsheet reads percentages as a part of a whole. 100% = 1, 50% = 0.5, 25% = 0.25, so on and so forth.
