Conditional Formatting

Can I and how do I set conditional formatting for a Finish Date font to be red if the date is in the past and % Complete is not 100. Is there a way to set multiple conditions for Conditional formatting? I do have a health status column that shows this. Is this my only option?

Leveraging a column that already reflects it would be the easiest route, but you can add multiple conditions to Conditional Formatting rules by clicking on the dropdown arrow to the left of the rule and selecting the "Add Condition (AND)" option.
