2 people in our company paying for 2 separate smartsheet accounts. Been trying to combine
We have 2 people in our company paying for 2 separate smartsheet accounts. We've been trying to combine them as both of us appear to be allowed to have multiple users, so I don't think we both need to be paying for our own accounts monthly. I've tried to send an invite to them, but when he clicks on the invite he gets an alert that says. "Consolidation is not available for the New User Subscription Model" Does any one know how to resolve this?

What type of plan are they? (Pro, Business, Enterprise)

Hi Leroy,
One was set up in July of 2024, the other was set up Feb 2025. Both are Pro plans.
