Graphing data with an N included

Hello! We'd like to graph the monthly average value for Department Turnaround-Time but we'd also like to include the N for number of studies the departments received each month. Graphing both using any of the built in formatting for graphs isn't great. It would be preferred to have it as a label for each data point, or something along those lines. Does anyone know a work-around for this? Included the graph and a shot of the data table
