SUMIFS statement not working as intended.

I have a SUMIFS statement that I am trying to calculate a total of $ if it meets two criteria from another sheet. I am looking for it to meet the criteria of RRC Status: Engaged and RRC Pathway: Essenitals. The formula appears to be configured correctly from what I can see but returns it as #UNPARSEABLE. Is there something that I am missing in my formula? All the items are from one sheet.

Note the quotes around "Engaged" in your screenshot. See how they are slanted to show open vs closed quotes, but the ones around "Essentials" are just straight up and down?
The slanted ones are called "Smart Quotes" which (ironically enough) are not recognized as valid characters in Smartsheet formulas. When you retyped the formula in Smartsheet, it used the correct type of quotes which is why it started working.

Adding this here, I rebuilt the entire formula just now and then it worked. Why would it not work with the formula as it was? The sheet references were all correct before and after the rebuild but as soon as I started rebuilding it, it immediately keyed the amount.
