user left unit, returned, can't see our sheets
We had someone leave our group in our agency (we removed their license), the employee was then licensed by his new team in our agency but changed his mind about the position and returned to our team last week. The other team revoked his license so we could issue a license (since we all have to fund our own users even though we are all under the same agency), the license issued fine by me, but he can't see any of the sheets I share to the group he has been added to (we added him to the group which is shared to 100's of sheets). Any idea why this would be happening or how we can resolve? Thank you!

this is typical Smartsheet logic: if someones licence is removed all his assets (where he was an owner) are assigned to another person (chosen by the SysAdmin while license is removed) - you need to talk to the sysadamin to check to whom he assigned those assets and the new owner shall share it as admin with this employee so he can request ownership again.
