Form Users Being Required to Sign In
Hello,
I have a form that's set so that anyone with the link can use it. However, some users are being required to sign in. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

If the settings in the form is set to anyone with the link I have never run into this issue. I am wondering if there could be a current issue with forms? I would suggest a support ticket if you double checked these settings.

Yes, that's how I have the settings. Most users can access the form, but there are 2 (that I know of) that are having this issue. One I know is having the issue on their iPad, but not their phone. I wonder if it could be a setting on the iPad or computer that's doing this.

Turns out the users in question have the Smartsheet app on their devices and so they have to sign in to use the form.
