Does Smartsheet have the ability to export pipe delimited text files? If yes, can you set it to automatically send daily, weekly, or monthly?

Did you try to use data shuttle, it gives option to offload data in both CSV and XLS format to SharePoint or OneDrive. If the file needs to be sent to other people, you can setup Power Automate flow to send it.

One point to note here that Data Shuttle would replace file everytime it run with latest data from the Source Sheet.
