We have created an automation called "Request an Update" in Smartsheet. Whenever a notification is sent to an email address (e.g., osehelpdesk@abc.com), we need to click "Open Request," which redirects us to the web, where we can provide our response.
Since this is not the preferred way for end users to view the items they need, we have created a report that only shows the items relevant to them. However, since we cannot make the column mandatory, is there a way to copy the link from the "Request an Update" automation into the report (e.g., in a column called "Test")? The link from the automation would then be in this column. This way, whenever users open the report, they can simply click on the items with links, and it will open up the corresponding form.
