Workspace or Smartsheet permission query?

I have a new Smartsheet owner whose sheets are not accessible as 'Shared' Smartsheets in her team's shared workspace. Colleagues can only access the sheets from the link sent in the invitation email, not from the workspace.

How do I resolve this?

Please check if people have access to the Sheet or to the Workspace? If you want other users to be able to see everything in the Workspace, they have to have access to Workspace itself.

They do have access to the Workspace - see screenshot, but the Smartsheets Sophie has created and shared via email link are not showing as 'Shared' status in the workspace - preventing her colleague Wesley opening them from the workspace. He can only open the worksheet from link in the invitation email
