Having issues with notifications being sent when it shouldn't

Hi

I have created sheets where a Manager has to update the a column with yes and no.

If there is a yes and no in the column then the notifications should not be sent. What am I doing wrong with my notifications?

Please help!

I assume for yellow and green row those notifications were sent? and this is the problem?

Yes that is correct. I thought by adding it in my condition it would not trigger notifications

hi when I look at those it should not trigger the automation so it's bit weird for me.

did you make some other tests with other tasks?
