Limit to number of folks I can assign a task too

Hello! I am using my project plan to list all individuals assigned to each task, but it is limiting me to 20 people max. Is there a way to turn this off and add more people to one task? Thanks!

what is the specific reason to assign a single task to more than 20 people?

In general you can just duplicate the row and assign more person to the same task.

It would be good to understand the background of your question.

We submit several large deliverables each year and this project is being used to track them. I'm wanting to add more than 20 because we are needing a birds eye view of who is contributing to each deliverable. Perhaps adding a second row would solve the problem!
