Can't @mention some users in comments

I'm having the same issue - others with the same access can have their name tagged in comments, but one particular person can't. Upping their permission hasn't solved the issue either, which seems odd

Hi @Bek T,

That seems strange. I’d recommend opening a support ticket and providing the URL of the sheet you’re seeing this in. Additionally, if you are seeing this in specific views and not others (eg you see it in Grid View but not Card View), please provide that information to them too - the Support team will be able to look further into this.
