Adding a hyperlink to a form

Hi All. I have a form to collect shirt sizes from staff. I need to have a sizing guide link in the form to ensure they order the right size. I found a post from October 2024 that has these instructions:

If you want the hyperlink to be functional:

1. I created a column just for that (type flag so it's no infos to capture).
2. In the form, once the column is added, paste the hyperlink in the description/help section.
3. Once pasted, select it again, then click on the little chain in the little tools just up and SAVE.

However, when I click the icon circled, nothing happens. It is supposed to open an "enter link" box. I also don't know what the instructions mean by this statement: " (type flag so it's no infos to capture)"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
