Problem when trying to import Excel Worksheet

I'm getting very frustrated. I right click on "Sheets", select "create", then "import Microsoft excel…". Then I find my file and open it, I'm asked if to import settings, and I press import and then…..I get this message EVERY TIME…."The workspace you are trying to modify is currently not available. It may have been deleted, or your permission may have been removed from it." I have a Pro account and am the only user. The sheet is not in a workspace??? Please someone help me?

Smartsheet used to be a great product, I recommended it to so many of my clients over the years. Now I hate it. I'm really thinking of choosing something else. Any assistance will be gratefully received .

I imported many sheets from Excel and I never had this problem.

Have you tried importing another excel to see whether it's excel problem (can be some macro inside etc.) and not smartsheet.

You can create basic excel sheet with some few rows and few columns filled only and try to import it. if the problem occurs you shall contact support center if it does not have a deeper look at the excel.

Thanks Tomasz, I'll try that and will see if the problem persists. I have recently started a new account as I have a new business and its only since I did that that I have had all these issues! Your help is appreciated.
