Monthly Health Check Automated Roster

Hello. I am trying to create an automated health check roster that would act as a schedule for employees to know when it is their turn to conduct health checks. The roster needs to rotate amongst the employees and the health check should be conducted on the first Monday of every month. I need help in understanding how I would go about automating this since there is no template that fits all the requirements.

Hello @Shabnam,

This one is pretty simple one you just need to create a workflow based on data and instead of running once you just setup for it to works custom in this case once per month on Monday.

on the left bottom corner you just need to choose the action that should be taken in that case I would go for Notifications just to inform your stakeholders or Request for Update.

I would also find some Youtube trainings how to setup the the workflows as it will make your life much easier to learn how to do this stuff instead for looking for templates that you would need to change anyway for your business needs.

I think the best way to learn Smartsheet is through practice :) you shall setup your own email as a Assignee first and run the workflows by testing.

this way you will see what your employees may expect.
