I am using Smartsheets to gather data and send out mass messages. How do I send out sheets to a mass group without just texting out the link? Is there a easy way to send out forms via SMS and Email? I need a Smartsheet mentor!

I send out all my forms by email personally. When the form is complete, you can click on share on the top right of the sheet, then click copy link at the bottom left.

I then paste that into an email and send it out. I have noticed if you paste the link into an email from Chrome, it is the whole URL, however, if you paste it into Microsoft Edge and go to the form, then copy and paste it over, it will show up as a quick link with just the form title name.

I cannot answer you for sure on the sending out as a SMS. I would assume that you would have to email it to yourself or type in the URL to a text message, then send it out.
