Duplicate Column with Properties

Hi Everyone,

I have a contact column that restricts cell values in that column with the emails of everyone in my division of my company. This is so that an email cannot be mistyped. I have 100+ contacts added into the restriction list and I need to make several other columns with the same list of emails within the same sheet.

Is there any way to duplicate the column with its properties so I don't have to enter the 100+ emails again? These emails were added over time and I it will take me a very long time to enter them all again. I didn't see an option to copy or duplicate the column so I though I would ask here.
