Template for tracking Export Compliance

Hi all,

I'm new to the world of export compliance, which requires complying with laws that regulate international shipments of goods/technology from the U.S. to foreign destinations.

I currently use Smartsheet for contract management so I'm familiar with it, but am not good with formulas so I would say I'm a beginner/intermediate user. What I want is a simple template to track international sales orders and the pertinent dates for compliance checks, end-use certificates (sent and rec'd), and shipments.

I'm not sure which template would work. Recommendations?

I think your question is too general.

What kind of formulas you are looking for? what shall they do for you? do you have sample formulas from other systems that shall be used in smartsheet?

@kowal I don't know what, if any, formulas I need. I just wasn't sure which basic template would be best for simple tracking. It's more of a tickler for shipping due dates and to keep others on track for completing tasks.

in that case maybe you need a ticketing system that will track your shipping?

No, I don't think I'm explaining it very well. I need a basic spreadsheet that tracks various compliance issues, dates, etc. I'll figure it out. Thanks for trying to help!
