Mutiple Approval Requests being sent for the same request!

Hello,

I have a few forms that have a good amount of approval automations set up, and some with multiple approvers in one automation. Recently, approvers keep getting sent the same approval email for the same request.

Can someone review my automations and tell me what I am missing, and where I can adjust?

Weird looks like it should work. You could add an additional condition that the "Katherine Mulligan Approval" field is blank (assuming it is blank before the automation sets it to Submitted), that should ensure that it only runs one time.
