Automation trigger from column titled "Month to Start"

Can someone tell me if this will trigger an automation to send notification email to a person, specifically, in condition, "Month to Start" is a column and CUrrent Month is as well. Do I need to make it say "Month to STart" equals (Month to Start = Currect Month) or leave it as I have it now, since Month to Start is already specifiied and leave it just as [Current Month] ?
