Tracking re-triggered automation updates
Hello,
I use the automated send feature to collect executive approvals for contract requests. When I have an active update request, I can view the number of emails sent to obtain the approval through update request for that row.
Often times, I will have to manually re-trigger the automation to collect all approvals needed (as pictured above) Once all approvals are obtained this option is no longer available.
Is there a way to track how many times an email was sent for approval when this option is not available?

the request for update status is only visible when the status is pending once completed it will disappear.
if you want to check how many times for this row was requested any update you owuld need to trigger another request so you will get access to old requests as well.
