Tracking re-triggered automation updates

Hello,

I use the automated send feature to collect executive approvals for contract requests. When I have an active update request, I can view the number of emails sent to obtain the approval through update request for that row.

Often times, I will have to manually re-trigger the automation to collect all approvals needed (as pictured above) Once all approvals are obtained this option is no longer available.

Is there a way to track how many times an email was sent for approval when this option is not available?
