New error when try to use @mentions all of a sudden

Good morning,

Can someone pls help me understand why I am getting this window when trying to @mention someone that is shared to both the sheet I'm in AND the workspace, as an Admin? We have several other sheets that do NOT do this, I feel like I've compared everything btw the ones that work and the ones that don't, and nothing makes sense.TIA

Might be a stupid question are you 100% sure the user is spelled the same in both your share window and the comment one after you do an @mention? Can you share the normal share window BEFORE entered the mention (name can be blacked out).

Morning,

I just checked back and both @mentions are now working. The first user started working 1 day after I shared the sheet and the 2nd one, 24 hrs after I shared the sheet with them. Seems strange but at least it's working.
