Why is my teams Smartsheet App on their phone not displaying dashboards correctly?

We have a team dashboard and when it is access by phone on the app, it is not displaying all the information and showing a select few parts. There is no error message saying they don't have access.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the desktop version of the dashboard so we can see the differences?

It looks like maybe there are some loading issues. Is it always the same widgets missing? Is it for all mobile users? Have you confirmed that it is definitely the correct dashboard that they are accessing and not potentially one that is in progress or an abandoned copy?

It is not for all mobile users and I have confirmed it is the correct dashboard. I will have to verify if it is always the same widgets.
